Personal Branding · Greenville, SC

The right person is Googling you right now. What are they finding?

I work in that gap — between who you are offline and what a stranger finds when they search your name.

I'm Meredith. Former Fortune 5 leader, MBA, psychology degree. Now based in Greenville, SC, doing the one thing my whole career quietly prepared me for.

My Story

The skill never changed.
The medium did.

For 17 years at CVS Health, my job was making complex things clear. Turning raw data into stories that moved million-dollar decisions. Helping leaders understand not just what was happening — but why it mattered.

What I noticed along the way changed everything: the people who advanced weren't always the most qualified. They were the ones whose value was legible — to the right people, at the right time.

I watched brilliant colleagues get passed over because no one outside their immediate team knew what they were capable of. A psychology degree and an MBA will do that to you — suddenly you can't unsee the gap between someone's actual worth and how the world perceives them.

So I stopped waiting for someone else to fix it.

I've always believed most people are more interesting than their job title suggests. And I believe the ones who do the quiet, unglamorous work of getting good at something deserve to be seen.

That's probably why I do what I do.

Outside of Work

My husband Scot and I landed in Greenville after years of Arizona summers that felt like a personal attack, and it's been one of the best decisions we've made. We're still exploring the city — usually with Jack, our opinionated one-year-old bernedoodle — and very much enjoying the greenery we moved here for. I've recently entered my superautomatic espresso machine era, my morning latte has never been better, and I'm about to start learning to make authentic biscotti from scratch. My hobbies have a theme: they all require patience and yield something worth savoring. The one exception being crime documentaries — which require patience and yield mostly paranoia. Harmless paranoia, I promise.

What I Believe

"I've never met someone whose story wasn't worth telling. Most of them just needed someone to help them find the words."

  • Credentials don't build trust. Story does.

A list of titles tells people what you've done. A well-crafted presence tells them who you are — and who they'd actually be working with.

  • The professionals who invest in visibility compound it.

Visibility builds on itself. A strong presence works for you quietly, every day, long after you've moved on to other things.
